Dear Sir,
We are civil contractors specialisations in Heavy-Duty Industrial Flooring, we also undertake repairing of old flooring with out disturbing present productions of plant in phases vice.
Heavy-Duty Industrial Flooring is Very useful where heavy load movements and heavy storage required such as workshops, warehouses, passage, parking lot, docks, and Railway platforms it has capacity to take load from 2 Mt. To 10 Mt.
Heavy Duty Flooring: it’s a time proven systems of flooring, which is cast in 2-6 inch toping on old concrete depending load and movement. The materials used in this mix concrete design are one part of Metallic Floor Hardener four part of cement & eight parts of stone chips (2-10mm) Grit with Plastiser and poly propylene fibbers. This is very rich concrete of 1: 2.25 where all other concrete are 1: 6 OR 1:8 ratio. Due to this concrete dose not damage with daily routine and give DUST-FREE flooring for years to years.
We also undertake multi colour flooring with international pigments.
We are listing projects, which has completed in last & current financial year.
1. CHUMPAKLAL UDYOG BHAWAN – SION: total flooring of all ground to 3rd floor has been done in 2-3” inch thickness.
2. NEWAGE – FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENTS MFG. COMPANY: MAJETHIA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, CHEMBUR. 3-4” THICKNESS.
3. GEEKAY ENGINEERING SERVICES – TTC RABALE: total flooring 4-5” thickness.
4. DOL ELECTRIC CO. PVT LTD – TTC RABALE: TOTAL FLOORING 2-3” THICKNESS.
5. J. J. ELECTROFAB PVT LTD. – TALOJA: DONE WITH THICKNESS 3” HEAVY DUTY FLOOING.
6. 2ND phase of flooring at j. j. electrofab pvt. Ltd. With thickness of average 3”.
7. PRESENT GOING PROJECT: NEWAGE FIRE FIGHITING CO. CHEMBUR PLANT: DOING 5 INCH HEAVY DUTY FLOORING WITH MODERN EQUIPMENTS. Area 6000.0 sq. ft.
Airport runways, docks & jetty, workshops, warehouses, truck terminals, multi level car parking, all kinds of industry, cold storages, in short you name it we have it.
