The clients are Cruise lines They require Cruise Ship Pastry Man Pastry staff responsible for creating and preparing all pastries as directed by the Pastry Chef Supervisor. Culinary background of no less than two years restaurant/hotel experience or prior experience in subordinate position on board required. Good English language skills required. Possible promotion to Assistant Pastry Chef Supervisor. Salary range: $1,400 – $1,800 US per month. (Approx: £700 - £900 per month) The incumbent must be BHM with atleast 2 years of exp in the same line in a Five Star/Three Star hotel or a high profile Restaurant, Age not more than 28 -30 years ; must have good health to work in adverse conditions Proficiency in English is Mandatory.
